  (C) Process for Monitoring and evaluation                                                                        5

·         Project students must attain their project lab as per their academic time table and update their project mentors about their progress in project.

·         Students do their project related work during project lab and their project mentor helps them if needed.

·         At the end of each lab, progress of each project is evaluated by project mentor as per departmental policy which complies with university policy and suggestions are given by project mentors in order to ensure smooth flow of project work.

·         Project subject is available in both the semester of final year.

·         Many students prepare two different projects during each semester while few students continue their project from 5th semester to 6th semester.

·         Project scheme is given below. Progressive Assessment is of 90 marks and End Semester Exam is of 60 marks. This scheme is same for both semesters.

      ·    PO and PSO attainment is evaluated based on the performance of direct assessment and indirect assessment processes. To measure attainment of POs and PSOs, direct and indirect assessments have 80% and 20% weightage respectively   (a) Direct Attainment In direct Attainment there are two assessment required . 1)Internal assessment 2) External assessment · In this Process first all course subject course outcomes mapping with Program outcome (PO1 to PO7) with  level 1,2,3 ·   CO attainment for all courses through internal and external assessment ·   For Example to evaluate the PO attainment all COs which correlate with PO1, multiply with CO attainment individually. ·   So sum of that value divided by sum of correlation level with PO1 is attainment of One course with PO1.
