The following process
was adopted in developing department vision and mission statements:

Detailed analysis was
conducted by considering internal stakeholders including Faculties, Students,
Alumni
·
The information
related to Vision, Mission, PEOs were collected, summarized and the faculty
listed the most critical areas to be addressed by the department.
·
Based on the feedback
given by the stakeholders the departmental faculty developed a strong and
meaningful vision and mission.
·
The mission was also
finalized based on the following components like Quality education,
Professional career, higher education, Innovation and Creativity and Lifelong
learning.
ROLE
OF STAKE HOLDERS:
·
Student:
By taking student feedback for program we reformed the vision mission.
·
Faculties:
The role of faculties is more important to find vision, mission .for that we
have arranged many meetings for vision mission to relate institute vision
mission. We made 2 to 3 groups for faculties and took suggestions from them.
·
Alumni:
The feedback of the passed out students for whole instrumentation & control
program has been taken, so by correcting them we take view from alumni students
·
Employer:
we have arranged meeting for vision, mission at 17-7-19,
that time well experienced employee came and valuable suggestion has been given
·
Parents:
Parents of the students came for reform the vision mission
of the department
